Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions carefully prior to booking and making payment at Czech with Sabi.
These general terms and conditions apply to the sale of products and services by the seller, who is Sabina Součková (Czech with Sabi).
The price of products, goods, and services are listed on the seller's website (www.czechwithsabi.com).
Booking can be made online via the website www.czechwithsabi.com or Instagram. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and, by paying for the course, agrees to abide by the terms and conditions. Czech with Sabi states that by making a payment for a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. Your information will only be used to tailor the content of lessons and the communication to your needs, as well as for invoicing purposes.
The price for the courses must be paid in full prior to the start of the course via bank transfer. Payment in EUR only is acceptable. The course must be paid in full within 5 working days from the booking date and before the course commences at the latest.
Purchased lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Online lessons will be provided at a time mutually agreed upon by the buyer and the seller. If they fail to agree on a time, both the buyer and the seller have the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer has the right to cancel an individual Czech lesson, but is obliged to notify the seller of this fact at least 24 hours before the agreed lesson, either by phone or by email. Failure to do so will result in the full price of the missed lesson being charged.
If the buyer does not appear for the lesson within 15 minutes of the agreed start time without prior notification to the seller (by phone or email), the lesson is automatically considered as conducted.
These terms and conditions are effective as of April 1, 2024.
